Parkland High School is incredibly proud to announce that the Momentum Guard placed 1st at the West Texas Color Guard Association (WTCA) Socorro High School Competition on Saturday, March 21st. Facing off against talented teams from across the region, our performers delivered a powerhouse performance that earned them the highest marks of the day.
A Performance to Remember
Dressed in striking black and silver uniforms with vibrant, multi-colored accents, the team showcased a level of artistry and technical skill that left the judges and the audience breathless.
Flawless Execution: The guard displayed exceptional synchronization in their flag work and choreography.
Artistic Vision: The bold, tie-dye inspired details of their costumes popped against the gym floor, mirroring the energy of their routine.
Dedication Paid Off: This gold-medal finish is the result of countless hours of rehearsal and a relentless "momentum" toward excellence.
