Parkland High School is proud to announce that one of our very own teachers, Katheryn Gelinas, won 1st place in the Ysleta ISD Employee Art Exhibit and Competition. Competing in the Art Teacher Division, Ms. Gelinas impressed judges with her stunning painting titled Spirit of Dragonfly.
The annual art exhibit showcases the creativity and talent of district employees, with categories ranging from novice to expert artists. Ms. Gelinas’ winning piece, Spirit of Dragonfly, captivated the audience with its intricate details, vibrant colors, and symbolic depth, reflecting both her skill and artistic vision.
